Care for some home-made pan tossed VEG PIZZA?

I never thought pizza-making can be that easy. You just need to have the right ingredients and there you go – steaming hot instant pan tossed pizza ready with choicest of toppings and melting cheese.

So, here’s what I did

1. Bought pizza base from the market (wheat flour), Maggi Pizza sauce-maker, Olive Oil

2. At home, I had boiled corn, onions, capsicum, tomatoes, grated/cubed cottage cheese (paneer), grated mozzarella (I love cheese so it’s always there ;) )

3. Here’s a trick I used for the Italian seasonings.. I save the seasonings that come with Dominoz/Pizza Hut (Home Delivery) whenever I order…those tiny packets of chilli flakes and herbs. Sometimes I use them while making maggi ;)

3. Smeared the base with some butter and the sauce, and layered them one by one with the toppings, seasonings, including some parsley I had. Then drizzled some olive oil on the pan, placed the base on the pan. Covered it and cooked it on slow fir for about 1o minutes… by the time the cheese was bubbling and melting slowly. You can also heat it for extra minutes if you want your crust nicely toasted. Other two pizzas, I also tried to microwave for about 7-8 minutes. It turned out to be fine.

You can also use chunks of tandoori chicken (leftover/fresh) or toppings of your choice. Voila!!! You are ready with a perfectly tossed home-made pizza.
