Harshi and Mamma went shopping - Part 2

Author : Harshil      Blog :Harshil Is Here !      Date: 8/8/2012 6:13:00 AM

So Mamma had half a thought of taking a cab and going back home : the objective of the expedition had already been fulfilled. But whoever heard of coming all the way to the mall and going back immediately ?
So we decided to buy some banana for Harshi. Only, they were at the other end of the entrance. Half way through, Harshi decided to have some juice and started shouting juice..juice...
So we went back to the juice shop near the entrance and bought a red apple juice.
(I so badly want to try green apple...how do they taste ? I never get them at home :( )
Mamma was in a good mood so we had an ice cream as well. ha ha ha :)

Thats the second ice cream Harshi had, after that long ago day on Valentine's.
Of course, not counting the home-made ones :):)

Then we went back to the Cold Storage and bought bananas and apples. Harshi selected them and Mamma paid for them.
Then we went to Watson's and got some creams and lotions (for Harshi).
Then we got a cab and came home.

No, all this is not as simple as it sounds. There was a kitchen goods sale in the atrium where Harshi almost broke a glass lid. The sales lady was ready to kill Mamma. Then Harshi had to stop at the watch retailer's because they were having their air condition vent vacuumed. Then the eye specialist had a display case where Harshi could actually sit down so it had to be tried out , no ? The florist had a fountain with lights in it. Harshi had to test his color discerning skills too...what better place than the florist ?
And at the Watson's, Mamma let Harshi take a basket and fill it with all kinds of nonsense...Mamma is very pleased they have the good sense not to put any glass bottles at Harshi's height. Mamma paid for her purchases and left Harshi's basket behind....T R A I T O R. It had everything in it that was worth looking at twice in the store and Harshi had dragged it along for so long.
And at the taxi queue there were steel railings...however the taxies were moving on the other side of railing so Mamma had to let go of her shopping bags and hold on tight to her little He-Man on the railings. When finally our taxi came, in the split second it took Mamma to drop the shopping bags on the seat and turn around for Harshi...Harshi vanished. Yup, just like that. Harshi was handed over to Mamma two minutes later by the concierge. Mamma was so furious with Harshi she forgot to thank the good man. (Good from her point of view.)
Of course, everyone in the queue looked at Mamma as if she were a totally irresponsible parent :)
And they all gave little waves and little winks to little Harshi.

So we finally reached home and Harshi had a bathe and lunch and is gonna nap now, tata :)
No, even that was not as simple as it sounds, but enough details for one day, don't you think ?
