Wrong names can lead to lots of confusions. Now tell me what picture do you form when you hear a name like say Michael. Someone gangster like with loads of ckunky jewelry and black leather jacket? Now what do you expect when you hear "coral pink"? Clearly something with a mix of orange and pink. But nooo Maybelline seems to be colour blind! Naming makeup products is one of the most interesting job in the world and they can't even do that properly! But for now let's forget about this case of mistaken identity and concentrate on the colour. D
The colour Coral Pink is a bright pink shade with warm tones. It has this lovely sheen that is a trademark of Moisture Extreme range of lipsticks. I like it that it has no shimmer since its already very bright. It is a pink which is bright but not neon bright. But still bright enough to make dusky beauties conscious. On fair to medium skin tones this will be the perfect happy pink but on darker skin it may clash a bit. As far as pigmentation is concerned, it will cover your pigmented lips in a couple of swipes.They are insanely
creamy and moisturising like all the shades in this range. It isn't named "moisture extreme" for nothing. It glides on smoothly and you can infact skip the lip balm. As for the staying power, it doesn't stay for long, may be 3hours if I'm lucky. It wears off completely without leaving a stain behind.

So is it for you? Yes if you are into pink lipsticks that instantly perk you up. It is a bright pink so girls with fair to medium complexion will enjoy it a lot more. It glides on smoothly and stays on for 3hrs and you don't need a lip balm with it. If you are a makeup beginner then I strongly recommend this.
