Facial exercises help to keep your skin healthy,soft and young.These facial exercises should be daily practised by standing in front of the mirror.Below are given a few exercises that can be done:
1.Open your mouth wide as if you are ready to scream and then spread wide your eyes.Now revert to the original position.Do this for about five times.
2.Press your forhead near the hair line with your fingers and rub it with backward motion.Lines on the forehead will disapper by smooth rubbing.
3.Twist your lips inward and puff your mouth with air.Revert back to original position.Repeat this ten times.This helps to smoothen your cheeks.
4.Open your mouth wide and slide your head backwards.Open and close your mouth while moving your jaw as if you are munching something.Do this ten times.Opening and closing your mouth is a great exercise.
5.Bring your upper teeth and lower teeth together and then stretch your lips.Then revert to original position.Do this ten times.
6.Puff up cheeks with air and keep three fingers on each side and press slowly.Do not let the air out.Then revert back to original position.This is a great exercise for the cheeks.Repeat this for five times.
