Author : Aarthi      Blog :YUMMY TUMMY      Date: 7/5/2012 4:59:00 AM

Yesterday I went my mum's place, me and my sisters had great time together. We cooked and baked together. She made kadai paneer and paneer fried rice for me, I took pictures of her cooking..I will post those recipes soon. We also baked a chocolate chip and almond streusal topped pudding cake. It cameout so good..We loved it a lot. And I admit that my sister who just finished schooling is cooking like   a professional.

Now coming to the recipe. I recently found that hubby is loving sprouts a lot. Now I am having a huge container of sprouts in my fridge. I am making salads out of it and every now and then I am adding it into upmas and so on..But last week I thought to make sambar out of it. Everything cameout pretty good together. I loved the tart and sweet combo in that sambar. This is so much healthier and goes great with hot rice..

I hope you will love it and tell me how it turned out..
