Facial massages help to control wrinkles and give a glowing skin to the face.Regular massages are important on obtaining a clear and glowing skin.Along with regular exercises and balanced diet regualr facial massages are also to be performed.
There are various methods for facial massages..They are:
1.Slow massage.
2.Massage by pressure.
3.Fast massage.
4.Massage by stroking.
5.Massage by pinching.
6.Massage by kneading.
1.Slow massage:
The slow massage is done slowly by hitting and vibrating the skin. The skin on the face and neck is pressed with the soft tips of the fingers. The facial massage process is started off slowly from the neck and the speed is  increased as you go upwards.Vibration is caused by fingers or by en electronic gadget called as eyebrow massager.
2.Massage by pressure:
Massage by pressure is done by applying pressure with the fleshy tips of fingers. This is very much effective for removing the pouches beneath the eyes.
3.Fast massage:
In the fast massage method, the front half of the palms of both the hands is used to massage with speed.Massage is done with a circular motion upwards. This is also an effective way to get rid of wrinkles.
4.Massage by stroking:
The massage by stroking method is used in case the person’s nose is broad. Then strokes are applied to both the sides of the cheeks from the nose to the temples.Chubby cheeks are stroked with the tips of fingers in this method.
5.Massage by pinching:
Massage by pinching method is used on people with a double chin and wrinkles of the jaw.The skin is held  as in pincers between the thumb and fingers.
6.Massage by kneading:
In the massage by kneading method, the hnads are folded in a fist form and the face  is pressed as in kneading the flour. The movement is done from the chin to the cheeks and then upwards. This is method again is good to get rid of wrinkles.
