Facial massage is an effective way to get rid of wrinkles.Massage is a slow process but it’s results are obviously seen only if it is continued over a period of time.Facial massage redcues unattractive flabbiness and tightens the tissues and muscles and increases blood circulation.Massage is effective if the skin is clean.
Steps to do a facial massage:
1.The skin must be cleaned first.
2.Tie your hair with a hair band if you have long hair.
3.Any make-up present must be removed.
4.Black heads also must be removed before a massage.
5.For dry skin,a moisturiser can be used before a massage. If the skin is oily apply a cleansing milk before a massage.
6.Apply a good cream and use your fingers to firmly press the skin.
Vitamin C cream can be used for this purpose. You can also use a slimming cream if your face is fleshy or flabby.
7.Start the massage from the neck upwards and end at the forehead or temples.
The reason for doing so is because all the veins and tissues get blood circulation by this process.
8.The cream applied takes about 20 minutes for absorption so massage for 20 minutes is very rewarding.
9.Wipe off the extra cream if present with a cotton swab soaked in water.
