Pardon me for not posting these many days. My friends started to ask me whether I have quit from blogging, How would I NEVER,EVER.

Why I didn post these many days?
My camera got broked. I am taking pictures using my hubby's samsung s3 mobile, While I start to cook, hubby leaves home to visit his friends. He will be back only after I finish cooking. So I am finding it difficult to take pictures.

Sorry guys, I will soon get back to normal.

Today's recipe is going to a super easy curry which reminds me of my home. Amma makes this often in our house and serve it with dosa, idly or poori. I made this curry thinking of amma. I miss my home so badly. Ok enough woriies..Here you go to the recipe..

Ingrediants:

Tomatoes - 4 chopped finely
Chilli powder - 2 tsp or to taste
Coriander powder / Malli podi - 1 tblspn

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions in and fry them. You can add some salt at this point. Fry the onions till they turn golden brown.

Now add in chilli, coriander and garam masala powder and mix well.

Now add in tomatoes and cook till they turn mushy. It will take around 10 mins.
