If you start digging Malabar (North Kerala) recipes,it's a no-end journey..The rich and flamboyant.I have mentioned earlier about the umpteen varieties of pathiris they prepare and have..Too tempting and scrumptious to resist.Though I don't have a Malabar connection,I too attempt many of Malabar delicacies.Irachi pathri is a stuffed bread that is deep fried first and then roasted in an egg
