Samsung announced new Dual-SIM budget mobile handset called Samsung Evan Duos. The C3782 Evan comes preloaded with Sammy’s own ChatON IM Clint that allows user keep up with their buddies across multiple platforms like G-talk, Facebook Chat, yahoo messenger and hotmail.
