is the first thing that comes to my mind in this mango season. In my childhood we used to eat a lot of mangoes which we would get from our ancestral farm. Lots and lots of mangoes we used to get and bury them in a heap of hay in one of the rooms in our house. We always used to prepare juices and jams out of the mango's along with many other dishes.
I love the taste of Alphonso Mango. In Goa we get different varieties of mango's. To name a few are 'Furtad', 'Mankurad', Neelam', 'Ball', 'totapuri'
. Alphonso being the king of all mangoes. In Bangalore I found some different varieties of mango namely 'Sindoori,'Badami', 'Raspuri', 'Ratnagiri Hapus', 'Malgoa',
etc. I recently learnt that Alphonso Mango is known as Ratnagiri Hapus
. Whatever it is, I love mangoes. Lovu lovu, oh my lovu, I love you mangoes... :)Ingredients:
