Sago or sabudana (chavvari in Malayalam) is often added in payasams.This is to enhance the flavor and thickness.I do this often while preparing Prathaman.But this one is a payasam/kheer with sago as the star ingredient.Very gentle and soft,this kheer without no doubt,is a winner..Do try for a change !
