Boring, that the best word to describe the combined sequel of two one of the most celebrated malayalam film of yester years.
The story is based at New delhi with Thevalliparambil Joseph Alex IAS,played by Mammootty being appointed as the head of Special Investigation Team to investigate the murder of scientist. Bharathchandran IPS,played by Suresh Gopi assists Joseph Alex in his investigation.
Apart from a couple of dialogues by Suresh Gopi and Mammotty which are re-used from their earlier films, there is nothing in the film that grabs our attention.
Same clichéd stuff of power politics,Pakistan's terrorist attack over India and a Spiritual Guru who decides everything are three and only ingredients in the film.
The film lost its flavour and couldn't match up to the glory of the originals because of a rubbish script and dialogues which felt like Renji Panicker's personal blog. His opinions on all the current affairs, starting from Anna Hazare to Foreign Investment in Retail are mentioned and discussed unnecessarily in the film which doesn't do any value add to the story. It only disrupts the viewing pleasure which is already well below par, thanks to a direction that makes us wonder whether there was a need for a director.
On the whole, movie is a great disappointment. Because of the hype created and also due to Mammootty , we could see this film in theatres at least for a couple of weeks more, which  is undeserving for such a film.
