Valli the cluster beans are almost Sindhi...musturd and cumin both are not used in tempering..but you have perfect spices and the dish looks inviting.

Trust me my mouth is watering.the koki looks good, but ofcourse the original one has to be really thick ...practicality double.I like the mw version of aaloo..and I can see they look very good.Glad you decided on this theme, enjoyed reading all the sindhi posts for this month.loved to know that your folks enjoyed the meal.

the spring onion with pav bhaji masala seems to be a lovely combo..must try it.though I use spring onion in parathas never used pav bhaji masala..PJ you can add some green chillies to this , it will give that mild spicy taste.

Thanks a ton Valli...I really feel special...when you say one stop:))the took look nice and crunchy, and the daal is perfectly done.Sindhi;s rarely used masoor daal, but now they have started cooking this daal too, and it is very close to toor daal.Super job!!

These look very pretty Archana..but the next time you try these do immerse them in chilled water, along with ice cubes, this will make these crunchy, and the petals will be firm. I think the younger one is in the back ground:))
