A Jr might find me nagging at times but I make sure he turns off his cartoons and goes out to play everyday. Cycling...running around...cricket...anything. He still hasn't got the permission to play computer games. :)
It feels good to see them play....reminds us of our childhood...yes :)

The world has never taken kindly to someone who doesn't subscribe to the general mentality, right? Earlier it was cool to wish for a boy, and suddenly everyone thinks hoping for a girl child makes one seem liberated. Could they be more wrong?? :(
I've never really felt at home wearing all those 'suhaag' things after marriage, though to keep my MIL happy I do adorn all that when I'm with her. I do wear toe rings though, and I like them. :)

Getting your point :) I really envy the way you can be a gypsy and explore new places and cuisines :P
I haven't logged on to Fb since a long time more so for not getting distracted while I study. There's some definite peace of mind not having to think and feel compelled to 'like', 'comment' or reply to comments. Guess I'll deactivate soon too :D :P

Not many of us think that the joy of nothingness is enjoyable. and even fewer ones get the chance to experience it for real. I think though this phase is making you feel low, very soon you'll miss this relaxed period more than anything else!
I had a similar feeling of sorts when I took a break from work after my son was born. It killed me to think that all people I know; my colleagues, my friends and relatives, are going about their work as usual and I've nothing concrete to accoun(...)
