too bad you never mentioned what a KRA is! ;) w.r.t internet cafe i beg to differ. It is possible that it is cause of the internet penetration to a great extent. thanks to technology and policies. Apart from the legal hassle i guess ROI may not be that great. it is like copier shops going out of fashion as printouts become much cheaper
