Haha! Lots of improvement, I have to say!
The first pic of your hand reminded me of the hand of another nail-chewing friend whom I haven't met for years now-- the same teeny-weeny cute little nails! Sometime in college, she got inspired enough to quit chewing and began to sport long, well-shaped, neighbours-envy-owners-pride nails which totally amazed us.
Hey, Indiblogeshwaris sounds like a fun group to be in!

My elder daughter used the word sh*t a couple of years back, and I immediately called her out on it. I told her it's a bad word which is best avoided. She was puzzled and said all her friends use this word fairly frequently whenever they're upset about something. I explained that her friends' language wasn't my business but hers was. She then asked what it meant, I told her and she went EWW, why do people want to use such a word. Since then I've never had to correct her again, thank(...)

Sheesh, I have seen such specimens too. Poor Sunny. Why did the Bhattacharyas have to take him along to Switzerland at all--they could have left him in the care of a Mashi-Ma and simply given him a list of facts to memorize on their return. Sunny would have surely had a better time in the absence of his parents . It would have saved the Bhattacharyas a lot of money too.

Such a beautiful post! And your sister is blessed to have you for a brother. The efforts you made to see her happy...I can only say WOW!!
And yes, it's such a queer feeling to see the house you once occupied, to which so many memories will always be attached, being home to someone else.

What's written is in German, that much I can make out...but what is it? Hmm..a notice on a lift/cable car somewhere in Germany or Switzerland?
